The classes are one-to-one, personalized and taken with full sincerity. the duo complement each other`s skills. The yoga sessions were soothing and the combination of pilates and physiotherapy was unique. Even the labor coaching was very helpful. It helped me stay calm during labor and delivery and enjoy natural birthing. I did not have any swelling in my feet or a backache throughout my pregnancy. "I take this opportunity to post my feedback about the classes conducted by dear Saraswathy Aunty & Shalini. I joined their classes towards end of 3rd month of pregnancy. Advantages of joining classes with them - 

1. Very well informed, knowledgeable about Yoga and pregnancy related details.

 2. Very good counselors 

3. Their reason of every woman is different, so to give proper attention they take personalised classes for every pregnant woman. 

4. They have worked out specific yoga asanas, kegel related exercises most beneficial for every woman. 

5. Very accommodating, caring and concerned people. Felt very homely during classes. 

This is been my first pregnancy, and I feel so fortunate to have them during these months as my mentors. My pregnancy days were very easy as I regularly practiced these exercises and was really lucky to work till the end, close to due date. I never had swollen feet, thanks to the raised feet asanas I did. I was so well prepared for labour and continued doing the breathing excercises even in the hospital. A big thanks to these wonderful women, who have worked out a program for pregnant women who are so curious about everything. Thank you Saraswathy aunty and Shalini.
